Homes Universal is a real estate consortium with a wide network of over 10 subsidiaries that offer the full range of real estate services from property development, sales and letting, valuation, property management, interior design, security services and a host of other complementary services is looking to hire Site Managers

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Allocation / assignment of works to various people in piecework measures.
  • Ensuring works are done efficiently guaranteeing effective quality control.
  • Review daily site attendance register and division of labour works and sign off.
  • Review and be accountable for daily equipment, tools, protective clothing and sign off.
  • Ensuring cost control mechanisms are put in place at all times.
  • Preparation of materials requisitions and submission to the procurement officer.
  • Ensure all Safety regulations, practices are observed at all time in the site which includes, wearing the required attires and appliance of safety, daily safety assembly and briefing and further a safe working environment.
  • Authorize any purchase meant for the site that he is responsible for.
  • Ensure that requisition books, goods received note is filled and signed off for all materials bought and delivered at the site.
  • Review of works programme and ensuring it is followed to the letter
  • Providing overall leadership of the site team thus will undertake all execution, supervision and leadership of the project team.
  • Briefing the head office on the projects progress and key material and resource requirements.
  • Managing day to day operations and administrative issues relating to the project.
  • General project management and site supervision including time and quality control.
  • Ensuring health, security and safety of site staff as well as security materials and other resources
  • Supervising the various component leads/supervisors to ensure that each of them is on top of the issues and no part of the project suffers lags.
  • Overseeing the various components of the project to ensure concurrent project progression.
  • Liaising with the client representatives at every stage of the project and briefing them on milestone issues.
  • Inspecting all materials going into the project, the workmanship and practices of contractors and/or crews engaged in construction
  • Assisting in interpreting provisions of contracts, plans, specifications, and designs
  • Ensuring that construction work schedules are maintained
  • To be responsible for continuous inspection during construction and to ensure adherence to all building codes, plans, specification, and allotted budget;
  • Monitoring the continuous inspection of workman ship, materials, and methods
  • Reviewing requests by the architects and contractors for changes in the plans in accordance with delegated authority
  • To be responsible for following the construction budget in conjunction with the architects
  • Giving initial approval to vouchers for payment to various professionals and casual employees engaged on the project.
  • To attend various meetings and submit written progress reports.
  • Providing a daily report on material
  • Advice the management on taking of a disciplinary action for misconduct at the site.
  • Provide daily report and monthly to the operations and HR departments.
  • Advising the Projects Coordination Manager and the Head office of the salient site issues.

Education Qualification and Requirements

  1. A degree in Building Construction or other related fields
  2. Should have more than 4 years on storey building
  3. Must have been in charge of a site

Sales & Marketing Executive


You will perform all duties as define on the below Job Description, and further, It is also understood and agreed to by the Employee that his/her assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination or changes of this agreement.

  • Represent the company at the designated sites.
  • Source New business for the company.
  • Sale and rent properties the company property listings.
  • Market the site property to potential target clients.
  • Disseminating information regarding availability and status of property.
  • Handle client’s inquiries promptly.
  • Submit daily work plans to the marketing manager.
  • Submit monthly reports to management.
  • Market the company products to potential clients.
  • Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
  • Disseminate information regarding status of property sourced.
  • Handle all clients promptly.
  • Ensure there is enough property in the company’s portfolio.
  • Meet various landlords/property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, joint ventures, management and sale by the company.
  • Source for property sold by the company in order to obtain them for Management by Villa Care management Limited.
  • Sell and rent properties in the company property listings.
  • Market the property to clients for rental in order to ensure that all properties are occupied.
  • Disseminating information regarding availability and status of property.
  • Alert management on improvements required on all vacant units sourced.
  • Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
  • Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
  • Update landlords/vendors on the status of their property on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Proper filing of all documents regarding property
  • Communicate any changes regarding the property to the Marketing Manager and all the concerned parties.
  • Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio
  • Assist the credit controller to collect commissions due to the company from landlords under your portfolio.
  • Submit daily work plans to the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director.
  • Submit monthly reports to management.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business with a specialization/ Diploma in Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
  • Team working skills, assertive and flexible.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
  • Ability to work under a high pressure environment
  • Prior experience working in the real estate industry is an added advantage


Overall Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing coordinator’s work will be to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. He/She will define the long-term organizational strategic goals, managing staff, builds\key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals. In addition, maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

• Leading sales and business development initiative
• Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates and clients.
• Liaise with all marketers on daily basis to identify business opportunities
• Plan and implement strategies to improve marketing awareness locally & globally
• Assist in the development of monthly targets and annual sales goals
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
• Assist marketing team in preparing necessary collateral material
• Developing strategies for marketing valuation and implementation
• Preparing proposals and presentations to new and existing clients
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials;
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
• Ensure compliance is accomplished within the first 14 days of acquisition of any project in the portfolio
• Spearhead and coordinate Debt collection in the subsidiary
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements by; developing and negotiating agreements and integrating agreement requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s values and image by keeping information confidential.
• identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Submit daily & weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate in the CRM.
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM and other collaborating management system.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
• Present business development training to marketing staff
